After taking the old controler off. I cut an L shape so there was a support for the joystick. I installed my joystick in its place. Using metal L braces from home depot to support it.Mounted joystick looks like this.

After gutting the machine I measured my cpu and monitor for a test fit.Im using my 15"monitor inplace of the 19" burnt screen. The cabnet will hold a 24" monitor

Ive seen many arcades and systems in my day and with my diamond v550 video card.Ive decided to use a tv tube since it will match the 640x480 res of all arcade games it'll give me my monitor back for work, and be like $500 less than a 21" pc monitor. Heck you play playstation and dreamcast on a tv and with an s-video cable it will retain all the quality through conversion. Placed my pc inside the arcade and put the altec sub on top of the cash box.Since the cabnet uses 1 6x9 speaker for sound,Ill have to make a mount which Ill use cheaper speakers for that.So I sat the two speakers on top of the cabnet.
